Votsalakia and Ormos
49 km from Samos town are the villages of Ormos and Votsalakia,
prized for their seemingly endless beaches. Here you can find

Heraion
18 km from Samos town the village of Heraion has many water front
restaurants and bars, a beautiful place to take an early evening

Pythagorion
12 km from Samos Town, Pythagorion is built on a small part of
the area occupied once by the ancient city of Samos. The former
city was destroyed as a result of frequent raids and the islands

Mytilinii

Mytilinii, home to the Paleontological Museum, where the most
important find (according to the paleontologists) is the fossilised
brain of a small horse, 13 million years old.
